Having PCOS makes me very cautious about hormonal and metabolic issues, and gallstones are quite common for us. I avoid heavy fats completely to keep the pain at bay. Please don't rely solely on home tips; a doctor's guidance is very important here.

Bhai, gallstone pain is very sharp and troublesome. At home, you can drink warm water slowly and put a warm towel on the right side of your stomach to feel better. But do go to the city hospital soon to get it checked properly.

I know it is so uncomfortable, but taking a warm bath can sometimes help relax the muscle tension in your upper abdomen. Try to rest in a comfortable, inclined position. Avoid eating anything solid until the sharp pain passes.

Because of my thyroid condition, my digestion is already very sluggish, which makes gallstone discomfort even worse. Staying hydrated with warm herbal teas helps, but keeping up with regular medical tests and consulting my specialist is what actually keeps me safe.

Consider gallstones as tiny, unwanted tenants in your body who hate oily food. If you feed them bland, boiled food, they stay quiet; feed them pakoras, and they throw a tantrum! Keep the food simple and book a doctor's visit to evict them.
