I know how terrifying that sudden, sharp pain under your ribs is, it literally made me cry with anxiety every time. Please sit in an upright position as lying down can make the pressure worse. Just know you aren't alone, but please get medical help.

When my gallbladder pain started, my blood pressure also shot up due to the extreme stress and pain. You must monitor your vitals and avoid heavy, greasy meals completely as they trigger the gallbladder to contract. Get a proper ultrasound scan done soon.

That upper stomach pain is absolutely brutal. Please go to an emergency room if the pain is severe or if you start vomiting.

I tried drinking warm water, apple cider vinegar, and heating pads, but honestly, those only gave mild, temporary relief. When an actual attack happens, home remedies cannot dissolve the stones. Keep yourself hydrated and consult a surgeon for a permanent solution.

Let's be real: a gallbladder attack is a serious medical situation, not something to resolve with simple kitchen tips. If the pain is radiating to your back and shoulder, it means a duct might be blocked. Go straight to a good hospital casualty ward.

I had my gallbladder removed ten years ago after suffering several attacks. Looking back, I realize I shouldn't have delayed the surgery out of fear because life became much more comfortable afterward. Have faith and follow your doctor's advice.

I had to completely pause my love for samosas and biryani because even a little bit of fat would trigger a painful attack. Sticking to a strictly low-fat, boiled diet is the only way to prevent attacks while you discuss treatment with your doctor.
