First things first, check your footwear because cheap soles or wrong sizes are the main culprits behind foot pain in city life. Invest in orthopedic insoles or good running shoes with arch support. If it is heel pain in the morning, get checked for plantar fasciitis.

Our feet carry the weight of our entire journey, so we must treat them with love and gratitude. Try soaking your feet in warm water with rock salt in the evening. It helps release all the blocked tension and brings calm to your mind and body.

Don't just keep doing warm water dips if the pain is continuous. Foot pain can stem from nerve issues, uric acid build-up, or bone spurs. It is much better to consult an orthopedist or physical therapist to find the actual root cause.

I often suggest rolling the arch of your foot over a frozen water bottle for 10 minutes. This gives both massage and cold therapy to reduce inflammation. It has helped many people here, so do give it a try tonight.

Foot pain is so exhausting after a long day. Try elevated leg rest against a wall for 15 minutes, it works wonders.

Beta, massaging the soles of your feet with warm mustard oil before sleeping is a very old and reliable way to improve blood circulation. Just be careful not to apply too much pressure if there is any swelling or sharp bone pain.
