How to ease extreme tooth pain?

Kal se, I've had this extreme tooth pain that's making it impossible to eat or even talk properly. It's a throbbing pain that doesn't seem to go away. What can I do to ease this extreme tooth pain until I can see a dentist?

I panicked so badly last month thinking my whole jaw was rotting, but it was just a deep cavity that needed a simple filling. Don't worry, the dentist can easily numbing-spray it and fix it. Just do warm salt water rinses until you get to the clinic.

I haven't slept a wink because of a rogue molar, so I feel like a zombie right now. Holding ice on the cheek helps a bit, but honestly, only a dentist can save us from this torture. Go book an appointment before you lose your mind like me.

Since I have diabetes, tooth infections can complicate my blood sugar levels very fast. Please don't try sugary syrups or hard candies to soothe yourself. Get the infection checked by a dentist immediately, as gum health is directly linked to diabetes control.

If it is extreme throbbing pain, keeping a clove or a tiny drop of clove oil on a cotton ball near the tooth provides temporary relief. But remember, this only masks the pain for a few hours. You likely have an infection or root canal issue that absolutely needs professional treatment.

While you wait for your dental appointment, stick to soft, lukewarm vegetarian foods like plain khichdi or mashed potatoes. Avoid extremely hot, cold, or sweet foods as they will immediately trigger the sensitive nerve. Chewing from the other side is a lifesaver.
