Honestly, I just had this last week and it was torture. I used a warm compress over my ear for ten minutes and it really helped with the throbbing. But please don't put any random drops or oil inside without a doc checking if your eardrum is safe.
I totally feel your pain, earaches are literally the worst to handle. Try keeping your head elevated with an extra pillow when you lie down, it helps reduce the pressure. Also, if the pain doesn't go down in a day, definitely see an ENT specialist.
Beta, ear pains can happen due to cold or water entering during a bath. You can lightly warm some sesame oil with a garlic clove, but never put it inside the ear if there is any fluid coming out or severe pain. It is always safest to let a doctor inspect the inside of the ear first.
Haan, ear pain toh bahut bura hota hai, headache bhi ho jata hai saath mein. Try to keep dry warmth near the ear, press lightly with a warm cloth na. Aur bilkul self-medicate mat karna, drops dalne se pehle doctor ko dikha lo.

Whenever my family gets an ear issue, we go straight to a proper ENT hospital. Ear structures are very delicate and trying random remedies can damage your hearing. Please ask your doctor clearly for the right antibiotic drops instead of experimenting.
