How to ease cyst pain?

Hi, I have a small cyst on my wrist, and sometimes it really aches, especially after I've been working a lot on the computer. My doctor said it's common, but the pain can be quite bothersome. Any tips on how to get some relief?

Avoid processed food and excess sugar as they can increase inflammation in the body. Stick to fresh vegetables and warm turmeric milk.

Please get it checked by a gynecologist or surgeon. My ovarian cyst ruptured because I kept ignoring the pain, so don't delay a proper ultrasound.

Cysts are like that uninvited relative who just won't leave. Use a warm compress to make it comfortable, but let a doctor handle the eviction!

The throbbing pain kept me up until 4 AM yesterday. If you want to sleep, just put a warm gel pack on it and hope for the best.

When my sister had painful cysts, she had to stay away from fried snacks completely. Warm soups and light meals really helped her feel lighter.

Applying a warm moist cloth gently over the area can reduce the throbbing. But if there is any redness or pus, please visit a clinic immediately.
