A warm hot water bag on the tummy works wonders for the cramping! Try to drink some warm water and just relax on the sofa today.

Chronic gut inflammation can stress the whole body and affect blood pressure too. Eat high-fiber meals, walk regularly, and get a gastroenterologist's opinion.

I had to completely stop eating my favorite spicy biryanis when my gut started acting up. Keeping it basic with khichdi and buttermilk really cooled things down inside.

Does anyone else get this sharp cramping on the left side of the lower stomach after eating? I am constantly worried it is something serious.

Make sure you are not constipated as that puts a lot of pressure on the colon. Drink plenty of warm fluids, and if you see any blood in stool, please go to a clinic immediately.
