How to ease carpal tunnel pain at night?

At night, the tingling and numbness in my hands due to carpal tunnel gets so bad that it wakes me up. It's really affecting my sleep. What can I do to ease this carpal tunnel pain specifically at night?

It used to make me cry when the pain woke me up at 3 AM every single night. Wearing a rigid wrist splint to sleep was the only thing that finally let me rest.

You can try sleeping with your hand kept straight on a soft pillow next to you. Make sure you don't sleep on your hands, as it cuts off the circulation.

Shaking your hands out when you wake up in pain helps restore sensation. But if you start losing grip strength during the day, please see a neurologist.

Haan, raat ko toh pain double ho jata hai when the body cools down. Try keeping your hands warm under the blanket and don't bend your wrists, na.

I had this bad. Just buy a cheap wrist brace online and wear it to bed so your wrist doesn't bend while you sleep. Works like magic.
