How to ease bursitis pain?

I have bursitis in my shoulder, and it flares up often, causing a lot of discomfort and limiting my arm movement. I want to know some ways to ease the general pain associated with bursitis.

Listen, don't push yourself through this pain. Just give that joint complete rest for a few days and apply an ice pack for 15 minutes at least three times a day. If it still hurts after a week, let's get it checked by an orthopaedic doctor, okay?

I hope you feel better soon. Keeping the joint elevated helps a bit with the throbbing. Just take it very easy today.

That joint inflammation is so painful, I totally feel you. Rest is honestly the only thing that works initially.

First, stop doing whatever exercise triggered it. Apply some ice to bring down the swelling, and if it doesn't improve in 3 days, book an appointment with a physiotherapist. Don't let it linger.

Actually, bursitis can take forever to go if you don't rest, yaar. I had it in my shoulder and trying to stretch it made it worse. Just use an ice pack and chill for now.
