How to ease arch pain?

After long walks or standing for extended periods, I often experience discomfort in the arch of my feet. It's not severe, but it gets annoying. What are some effective ways to ease arch pain? I heard about special inserts.

Don't blindly buy random orthopedic insoles or try online stretching videos for arch pain. It could be plantar fasciitis or a tendon issue, and the wrong stretch can make it worse. Get it checked by an orthopedist or a physiotherapist first.

Try rolling a cold water bottle under your foot arch for 5-10 minutes, it feels amazing! 👣 It really helps reduce the inflammation and gives quick relief after a long day of walking. Give it a try!

Don't stress, just give your feet some rest today. Avoid walking barefoot on hard floors and try wearing comfortable, cushioned slippers inside the house. If the pain is sharp when you take your first steps in the morning, let's get it checked by a doctor.

Gently stretching your toes and flexing your ankles while sitting can release tension in the arches. I find that a warm sesame oil massage followed by simple foot rotations keeps my feet flexible and pain-free. Try to do it mindfully.

I went to a rehabilitation specialist at a good hospital for my foot pain, and they showed me specific calf stretches that helped my arch pain. Please ask your doctor clearly if you need custom arch support insoles before buying generic ones online.
