How to dry up weeping eczema?

I've been struggling with weeping eczema on my hands for a few weeks, and it's quite uncomfortable and messy. What's the best way to dry up weeping eczema and help it heal faster?

I noticed my skin flare-ups and weeping eczema got way better when I cut down on processed sugar and dairy. Sweating it out in the gym is great, but make sure to shower immediately so the sweat doesn't irritate the raw patches. Keep your diet clean and drink lots of water.

For mild weeping, a cool compress with diluted apple cider vinegar or a simple saline solution can help dry the area gently. But please be careful, if the fluid is yellow, smelly, or spreading, it means there is an infection. You must see a doctor immediately for antibiotics.

My grandmother always suggests applying a light paste of neem and turmeric to dry out skin infections. However, weeping eczema can easily catch a bacterial infection if not treated properly. It is best to consult a dermatologist who can give you the right ointment.

Just buy some sterile gauze from the local chemist and gently pat the weeping area dry; never rub it. Keep the skin clean with mild baby soap and let it get some air instead of bandaging it tightly. Keep things simple and don't apply heavy, greasy creams when it is actively oozing.

I had this on my arms last winter and it was super annoying. I just washed it with cold water, dabbed it dry with a clean tissue, and applied the calamine lotion my doctor gave me. It dried up the oozing within two days.
