Honestly, the best cure is acting like a total baby and letting your family pamper you with warm soup. Just wear your lightest clothes, keep the fan on low, and sleep it off. No need to act like a superhero and try working through it!

Sponging with normal temperature water is the best natural way to bring the heat down quickly. Drink plenty of warm water or barley water too. But look, if the fever is crossing 102 or doesn't go away in three days, please see a doctor immediately.

Whenever I get a fever, my heart starts racing and I get so restless. Does this happen to anyone else too? I usually just take paracetamol as prescribed by my doc, but the anxiety makes the fever feel so much worse.

Don't worry too much, just take a deep breath and rest. Keep a cold compress on your forehead and drink lots of coconut water to stay hydrated. If you feel too cold or start shivering heavily, wrap yourself in a light blanket and call your family doctor for a quick consultation.

In my fifty years, I have seen that the body just needs time to fight off the bug. Don't rush to take multiple heavy medicines. Just eat simple moong dal khichdi, drink plenty of warm liquids, and give yourself two days of solid bed rest.

Bro, literally just wear shorts, turn off the AC, and lie down under a normal fan. Drink a ton of water and maybe some warm tea if you have a sore throat. Don't stress about college stuff, just sleep.
