How to drink without vomiting?

Sometimes when I drink something, especially if it's strong or I'm feeling sick, I feel like I'm going to vomit. How can I drink something without that feeling?

If you feel nauseous while drinking water or liquids, try taking very small sips instead of gulping. I always keep a slice of lemon nearby to sniff, it really helps to calm the stomach when you feel like throwing up.

I also struggle with nausea when drinking warm water in the morning. Is it better to drink cold water instead, or does that make the stomach irritation worse?

For nausea and vomiting sensation, drinking water infused with a few pudina leaves and a pinch of black salt works wonderfully. Sit down calmly in one place and take slow sips. Avoid drinking water immediately after heavy physical movement.

Persistent vomiting or severe nausea while drinking liquids can lead to dangerous dehydration. If you cannot keep any liquids down for more than 12-24 hours, it is a medical red flag and you should visit a clinic or hospital immediately for IV fluids.

Haan, empty stomach pe ekdum se zyada paani peene se ulti jaisa lagta hai na. Try chewing a small piece of ginger or keeping some saunf in your mouth before drinking anything. Gup-gup karke mat piyo, aaram se piyo.

I used to get severe morning nausea due to my hormonal imbalances and PCOS. Having a dry toast or a plain biscuit before taking any liquids helped settle my stomach. But please consult your gynecologist to check your hormone levels.
