How to draw a breast cancer ribbon?

My aunt is a breast cancer survivor, and we want to make some posters for an awareness event at school. I want to include the breast cancer ribbon symbol. Does anyone know how to draw it correctly?

It is just like a simple loop, crossing over at the front. Really easy to draw once you try it.

Start by drawing an upside-down 'U' shape, then bring the two ends down to cross each other like a loop. Keep the left end slightly behind the right, and color it light pink. It's the universal symbol, so keep it neat.

Honestly, I tried drawing this for my kid's school poster at 2 AM and kept making it look like a fish. Just draw a loop with two little legs hanging down, and don't overthink it like I did.

I had to draw this for a college campaign last semester. I just drew a basic cursive 'l' but upside down, and filled it in with a pink sketch pen. Took me like ten seconds, honestly.

I always draw it by starting with a small curve at the top, crossing the sides over, and cutting the ends at a neat angle. A light pink shaded pencil works best to give it that 3D ribbon look.

My daughter had to make a poster on awareness last month. We used a pink satin ribbon, folded it in a loop, and pasted it directly on the paper instead of drawing. It looks much neater and saves so much time.

If you are drawing this for awareness, that is great, but don't forget the actual medical side. If anyone is looking for signs, always skip online diagrams and get a proper clinical breast exam from a doctor.
