How to dissolve calcium oxalate kidney stones naturally?

I recently found out I have a small calcium oxalate kidney stone. The doctor said it's small enough that I might be able to pass it or even dissolve it with changes. Are there any natural ways or home remedies that can help dissolve calcium oxalate kidney stones?

Please be careful, because calcium oxalate stones do not dissolve easily if they are larger than five millimeters. I went to a reputed hospital and the urologist clearly explained that trying only home remedies for big stones can block your kidneys. Get a proper scan done.

I tried so many things when I had calcium oxalate stones. Drinking fresh barley water (jowar/bajra water) and warm lemon juice really helped ease my discomfort and helped pass small stones. But please keep track of the stone size with an ultrasound.

I recently found out I have a small six millimeter stone and I am so scared of getting severe pain. Has anyone actually managed to dissolve or pass a calcium oxalate stone completely using just lifestyle changes and lots of water?

At my age, I have learned that drinking enough water is the simplest and best cure for kidney health. Lemon water has natural citrate which helps prevent calcium stones from growing bigger. Don't worry, just stay hydrated and avoid eating too much heavy spinach or tomatoes.

It was so heartbreaking to cut down on my favorite chocolate, tea, and dry fruits to avoid oxalate stones! But drinking coconut water and lime juice daily keeps me refreshed and help keep the kidneys clean. Balance your diet and stay hydrated, guys.

My teenage son had a small kidney stone last year, and we were so worried. We made sure he drank at least three liters of water daily and reduced high-salt snacks and packed foods completely. It took a few weeks, but the small stone passed safely.
