How to disassemble a sleep number bed?

We are planning to move houses and need to transport our Sleep Number bed. It looks complicated to take apart. Does anyone know the proper way to disassemble a Sleep Number bed for moving?

Haan na, shifting these smart beds is such a big headache! You have to first unzip the mattress cover fully and take out the foam borders. Then carefully disconnect the air hoses from the pump before you dismantle the base. Slowly step by step follow options, easily ho jayega.

We shifted our heavy bed last year when we were renovating the house. Don't worry, just keep all the small screws and air hose caps in a secure plastic pouch. Unplug the pump first and let all the air out of the chambers completely before lifting anything, otherwise you might damage the internal valves.

My son has a similar air-adjustable bed and we had to pack it up when he moved for college. Please make sure you fully deflate the air chambers using the remote first. It makes rolling up the mattress layers much easier and prevents any tears.

Bro, my cousin had to move his stuff and it was a total workout. Just unzip the top cover, pull out the side foam walls, and unplug the pipes from the pump. Just watch a quick online video while doing it so you don't mess up the connections.

My back is already protesting just reading about shifting furniture! Make sure you get someone to help you lift the base plates once the mattress foam and air bags are out. Doing it alone at our age is a direct invitation to a physiotherapy clinic.

Honestly, just thinking about disassembling a bed makes me want to lie down and sleep on the floor. But seriously, turn off the power, disconnect the air hoses, and label them with tape so you don't spend hours figuring out which goes where when rebuilding it.
