How to die in your sleep?

I'm dealing with a lot of stress lately and sometimes I just wish I could go to sleep and not wake up. I'm not asking for anything dangerous, just trying to understand if there are any natural ways people pass away peacefully in their sleep.

Beta, life is precious and such thoughts of ending it should not be kept in your mind. If you are having trouble sleeping or feeling heavy in your heart, drink some warm milk and speak to your family doctor tomorrow.
