If you suspect kidney issues, first consult a doctor. Once they clear you, gentle walking and keeping yourself hydrated is great, but don't do heavy workouts until you get your blood creatinine reports checked.

It can be really scary to worry about kidney health. Honestly, the easiest way to find out is by getting a basic Kidney Function Test (KFT) and a urine test. It is super simple and will clear all your doubts.

I have to get my thyroid levels checked regularly, and my doctor always adds a kidney function test to the list just to be safe. Regular blood tests for creatinine and urea are the best way to monitor your kidney health.

Dekho, kidney ke mamle me google par mat pado. Go to a good lab, get a urine routine and blood creatinine test done, and show it to a physician. That's the only real way to know.

I agree. A standard blood test checking your eGFR and creatinine levels is what doctors use to diagnose any kidney issues.

My elders always advised drinking barley water for urinary health, which is good. But for a proper diagnosis of any kidney problem, we must rely on a nephrologist's advice and get the recommended blood and urine tests done.

Haan, kidney health check karne ke liye ek ultrasound scan bhi bohot helpful hota hai. Doctor se consult kar ke KFT aur sonography karwa lo na, clear ho jayega sab.

If you take protein supplements or train hard, monitoring your kidneys is key. Get a regular renal panel test done at a lab to track your creatinine and BUN levels. Keep your hydration levels high and let the doc review the reports.
