How to.detox liver?

After some heavy eating during the festive season, I feel a bit sluggish. I keep hearing about 'liver detox.' Is there any genuine way to detoxify the liver and improve its function naturally?

For a healthy liver, drinking warm water with lemon in the morning and adding turmeric to your food is excellent. However, if you have severe symptoms like yellow eyes, dark urine, or abdominal pain, please do not rely on home detoxes. Seek immediate medical attention from a doctor.

At my age, my liver has seen a lot of biryani and festive parties! The best 'detox' is simply giving it a break from alcohol, oil, and sugar for a few weeks. The liver is actually great at cleaning itself if we just stop loading it with junk.

You don't need fancy green juices packaged in expensive bottles to detox your liver! Just drink plenty of normal water and sleep on time. Your liver is already a built-in super filter, you just need to let it do its job without interrupting it with midnight snacks!

I love street food so much that I have to actively plan liver-friendly days to balance things out! Eating lots of garlic, beetroots, and drinking green tea really helps me feel lighter. It’s all about balance so you can still enjoy your favorite treats occasionally.

Managing my PCOS made me realize how important liver health is for hormonal balance. I focus on eating cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and avoiding processed foods. It's best to support the liver gently through a balanced diet rather than harsh, sudden detox trends.
