How to determine pain and suffering?

This question isn't exactly medical, but more about general well-being. How do people determine their own level of 'pain and suffering' in a difficult situation? It's hard to quantify.

Bhaiyya, for physical pain, a doctor looks at symptoms, right? For emotional suffering, sometimes just talking to someone you trust, or distracting yourself with something positive, can help a lot. If it gets too much, professional help is there. No need to suffer silently.

That's a deep question. I guess for pain, it's usually localized. For suffering, it feels more pervasive, affecting your whole mood and outlook. I think it's very subjective for each person, so what one person finds difficult, another might cope with differently.

Oh, when I'm suffering, it means I can't even enjoy my favourite biryani! That's how I know it's serious, haha. Joking aside, if it's affecting your appetite or making you feel low, then it's definitely something to address. Maybe treat yourself to something nice and then talk to a friend or doc.

I totally get this question, it's hard to put into words sometimes. For me, 'suffering' was when the pain, whether physical or emotional, started taking over everything, making it hard to find joy or even just function. It's okay to acknowledge that feeling and reach out for help.

While a balanced, nutritious diet can support overall well-being and potentially ease some physical discomfort, determining actual pain and suffering requires more than just food. For physical pain, it's symptoms; for emotional suffering, it's how you feel mentally. Professional medical or psychological help is key if it's persistent.

Haan, sometimes it's hard to tell if it's just normal sadness ya actual suffering, na? If the pain, be it physical or emotional, is stopping you from doing your daily work or enjoying life, then it's serious. Don't be shy, talk to a doctor or a therapist.

Pain and suffering? My alarm clock at 6 AM determines that for me daily, haha! But on a serious note, if it's physical, you feel it. If it's mental, you feel it in your head and heart. Best to talk to someone, a doc or a friend, instead of just bottling it up.
