How to determine if you have a fever?

Kal se thoda body warm lag raha hai aur thodi thakaan bhi hai. How do I actually check if I have a fever or if it's just general tiredness? I don't have a thermometer at home right now.

I always get so anxious about this! My forehead feels warm sometimes, but is that really a fever or just me overthinking? How do you guys know for sure, without a thermometer?

Haha, if your body starts feeling like it's hosting a mini bonfire, you probably have a fever! But seriously, the good old thermometer is your best friend. No need to guess and stress, just check your temp!

Trust me, when you have a fever, your body will tell you! Besides the high temperature, look for chills, headache, and fatigue. If you have a thermometer, 99°F to 100°F is low grade, anything above that is fever. Keep hydrated, rest, and if it crosses 102°F, visit a doc.

Oh, fever can be sneaky sometimes! Apart from feeling hot, look for body ache, headache, or feeling really weak. And if you have a thermometer at home, just check it. If it's persistently high, or if you feel very unwell, please don't delay seeing a doctor, okay?

The most reliable way is definitely using a thermometer. Anything above 100.4°F (38°C) is considered a fever. You can also look for other symptoms like chills, body aches, and feeling unusually tired. If it's very high or doesn't go down, see a doctor.
