How to detect internal piles?

I've been having some discomfort and a bit of bleeding sometimes, but it's not always visible. I'm embarrassed to ask my family, but I'm worried it might be internal piles. How do you really detect if you have internal piles?

Please, if you suspect internal piles, see a doctor. I ignored it for too long, thinking it would resolve, and ended up with complications. You can't really 'detect' internal ones yourself like external ones. The main symptom is painless bright red blood after passing stool. Sometimes you might feel a bulge when wiping. Don't self-treat, get it checked by a specialist.

Yaar, internal piles are a bit tricky to spot yourself, actually. The main sign is typically bright red blood when you go to the washroom, often without pain. Sometimes you might feel something coming out and going back in. If you're seeing blood, don't wait. Consult a doctor, they'll do a simple exam and tell you what's up.

For internal piles, self-detection is tricky. The most common sign is painless bright red blood after a bowel movement. Sometimes there's a feeling of fullness or something protruding, which might go back in. If you see blood, even a little, make time to see a GP. They can do a physical exam to confirm. Don't delay because of work; health comes first.

My doctor explained that internal piles are inside the rectum, so you often can't see or feel them directly unless they prolapse. The key symptom is bright red blood when you pass stool, usually painless. Sometimes you might feel a bit of mucus. A digital rectal exam or an anoscopy by a doctor is needed for actual diagnosis. Don't rely on guesswork.

With high BP, I am always mindful of my diet and overall health. Internal piles often show up as bright red blood after passing stool. You might not feel pain. Straining can make them worse. If you notice any bleeding or discomfort in that area, get it checked by a doctor. Regular checkups are important, and they can advise on lifestyle changes too.
