Yaar, stroke risk kam karna important hai. Actually, it mostly comes down to lifestyle. Control your BP, that's number one. Aur haan, sugar levels bhi under control rakho. Thoda walk wagera karte raho. Smoking-drinking toh bilkul avoid.

To reduce stroke risk, focus on managing blood pressure and cholesterol. Regular exercise, a balanced diet low in sodium and saturated fats, and quitting smoking are non-negotiable. If you have existing conditions like diabetes, ensure they are well-controlled. Get regular check-ups.

I can only share what my family doctor advised me for general heart health, which indirectly helps. He stressed a low-salt diet, regular morning walks, and cutting down on fried food. Also, keeping stress in check makes a big difference in my personal experience.

It's really scary to think about something like a stroke, isn't it? That anxiety itself can take a toll. It's good that you're proactively asking about prevention. Just remember to be kind to yourself while you try to make healthy changes. One step at a time.

Having just recovered from a minor stroke, I can tell you it's vital to control BP. Mine was high. My doc told me to drastically cut salt, eat more fruits and vegetables, and walk daily. Also, check for diabetes regularly. Seriously, don't take high BP lightly.

For my family, we always believe in a balanced diet with lots of fresh vegetables and less oil. My mother says a bit of physical activity every day is also good. But for serious things like stroke risk, please consult a good cardiologist. They will provide the best guidance.

As someone managing diabetes, I know how crucial it is to keep blood sugar levels strictly under control, as diabetes significantly increases stroke risk. Along with that, managing blood pressure and cholesterol through diet and medication (if needed) is also vital. Regular check-ups with your doctor are a must.
