I'm also wondering about this. For how long can one wait before seeing a doctor for a fever? And what about cold compresses, do they really help reduce the temperature quickly?

Oh, fever always makes me so anxious! I feel so weak and just want it to go away fast. Does anyone else get super paranoid about what it could be? And how do you deal with the body aches that come with it?

Bhai, jab bukhar aata hai na, pehle to garam paani piyo aur araam karo. Light khana khaao, jaise khichdi. Aur doctor ko dikhaana zaroori hai, taaki woh sahi dawa de. Bas darna nahi, thodi care se theek ho jaata hai.

Having a fever can be really draining, both physically and emotionally. You just feel so out of it. It's okay to feel low. Just focus on resting, staying hydrated, and taking your medicines. It will pass.

Yeah, fever is always a bit worrying. I usually just take a paracetamol and try to sleep it off. But I always wonder if there's more I should be doing. Like, is it better to cover up or try to cool down?

Ho na, fever is never nice. First thing is to take some paracetamol, as advised by doc. And drink lots of water, ORS bhi le lo. Lukewarm water se sponge bath kar sakte ho. If high, doctor ko dikhana important hai, haan.

Fever is our body's way of fighting. Don't panic. Take a simple paracetamol, drink plenty of fluids like ORS or nimbu paani, and rest. If it doesn't come down in a day or two, then consult a doctor. We've all seen many fevers come and go.

For fever, my dears, hydration is key. Drink clear fluids, sip on warm broths. A lukewarm bath or sponge bath can bring down the temperature. And please, do not overdress or cover yourself with heavy blankets. If it persists or is very high, see a doctor without delay.
