Vomiting toh aksar ho jaati hai, beta, kabhi khana kharab ho ya acidity. Ghabrao mat. Thoda sa ginger tea peeyo, ya nimbu pani. Aur kuch mat khao heavy. If it doesn't stop, then of course, doctor ke paas jaao.
When vomiting, try to keep it very simple with your diet. Stick to light, easily digestible vegetarian options like plain rice, dal, or vegetable broth. Avoid anything oily, spicy, or heavy. Ginger can be very soothing, so ginger tea is good. Hydration is crucial, with plain water or ORS.
For vomiting, the key is to stay hydrated with small sips of clear fluids like ORS solution or coconut water. Avoid solid food for a few hours. Once you feel a bit better, start with bland foods like khichdi or toast. If it's persistent or severe, it's best to consult a doctor immediately to prevent dehydration.
Vomiting sounds so unpleasant. Is it always because of food poisoning, or can stress also cause it? I sometimes feel nauseous when I'm super stressed. What's the best way to prevent it if it's not food related?
Oh, vomiting! I always get so anxious about it, especially if I feel even a little bit nauseous. Does anyone else get that intense fear of throwing up? What do you do to calm yourself down when you feel it coming?
