How to deal with throat pain?

I've had a sore throat for a couple of days now, and it's making it difficult to swallow. It's not a full-blown cold, just this persistent throat pain. What are some good home remedies or things to do to ease it?

Throat pain can be really irritating and make you anxious, especially if it doesn't go away quickly. I've been there, constantly worrying if it's something serious. But usually, it's just a common cold. Still, if it persists, seeing a doctor helps calm the mind.

Gargling with warm salt water always helps me. And drink lots of warm water. Hope you feel better soon.

For throat pain, focus on hydrating well. Also, a strong immune system from a good diet and regular exercise helps prevent these things. Avoid super cold drinks and really spicy food when your throat is sensitive. Keep it simple.

Oh, throat pain is just the worst, I totally get it! That scratchy, burning feeling makes even talking difficult. Warm drinks like ginger tea or honey lemon water are my go-to. It's so annoying when it lasts for days!

Throat pain is a common complaint. My advice is always warm salt water gargles several times a day. Steam inhalation also provides good relief. Avoid anything too cold or oily. If it's accompanied by fever or white spots, do see a doctor quickly.

For throat pain, a good starting point is warm saline gargles 3-4 times a day. Hydration is key, so plenty of warm fluids. Over-the-counter lozenges can also provide temporary relief. If symptoms like high fever, difficulty swallowing, or pus on tonsils develop, it's best to consult a physician.

Haan, throat pain toh bohot annoying hota hai na. Mere ghar pe toh sab garam paani mein namak daalke gargle karte hain. Aur chai mein adrak daalke peeyo. Agar zyaada ho toh doc ko dikhana banta hai.

Whenever I get throat pain, my mom makes me drink a mix of honey, ginger juice, and a pinch of black pepper. It usually soothes it for me. I can only share what works for me, please don't take it as medical advice. If it's severe, definitely consult a doctor.

I've dealt with recurring throat pain. What truly helped me was regular steam inhalation with a few drops of eucalyptus oil, gargling with betadine mouthwash (as prescribed by my doctor), and avoiding cold water completely. Also, stay hydrated throughout the day.

Throat pain can be caused by many things. Just like with PCOS, it's not a one-size-fits-all solution. Try general soothing things like warm drinks, but if it doesn't get better, please see a doctor. Don't self-diagnose or rely on uncertain remedies.
