Oh, sunburn pain is the absolute worst, I totally get it! That burning, stinging feeling makes you want to just crawl out of your skin. Cool compresses and aloe vera are your best friends right now. Hope you get relief soon!

Sunburn pain, I've been there! My go-to is always a cold shower, not too long, and then apply pure aloe vera gel liberally. Keep reapplying it every few hours. Hydrate well, drink lots of water. And for sure, avoid sun exposure until it heals completely.

While aloe vera is great externally, remember to keep your body hydrated from inside too. Drink plenty of water and eat water-rich fruits and veggies. It helps with skin recovery. Avoid very spicy food for a few days as it might increase body heat.

Initially, I panicked when my sunburn was really red and painful, thinking I'd damaged my skin permanently. But with proper care, it does heal. Keep cooling it down and moisturizing, and give it time. It feels terrible but it will pass.

Sunburn pain? Oh, that's just another reason why I prefer staying indoors where I can catch some precious, uninterrupted sleep. But if I do get it, I just slather on whatever cooling cream I can find and pray for sleep to forget the pain. More sleep, less pain, right? Ugh.

I set reminders on my phone to reapply aloe vera every 2-3 hours when I get sunburnt, it actually helps me stay consistent. Also, my water tracker reminds me to drink extra fluids, which is super important for skin healing!

For sunburn, luckily simple things work without much expense. Good quality aloe vera gel is affordable, and a cold water bath costs nothing. No need for fancy creams or expensive doctor visits unless it's very severe with blisters. Save money where you can, right?

Dealing with sunburn pain primarily involves alleviating discomfort and promoting healing. Cool compresses, hydrating lotions with aloe vera or hydrocortisone, and adequate hydration are key. However, if you experience severe blistering, fever, or signs of infection, it's prudent to consult a dermatologist for proper evaluation and care.
