How to deal with sleep deprivation?

I'm a student and have been having a lot of trouble sleeping lately because of exam stress. I feel constantly tired and can't focus. How can I deal with this sleep deprivation effectively?

Agar sleep deprivation ho rahi hai, pehle routine banao. Ek hi time pe sona, ek hi time pe uthna. Aur light dinner khao. Phone ko bed pe mat le jao. Small changes but they really add up, works for me. If still not working, then doc ke paas jao.

Honestly, for sleep deprivation, the internet is full of quick fixes that don't really work long term. Best to consult a doctor, especially if it's chronic. They can check for underlying issues, rather than you trying random remedies.

Yaar, sleep deprivation is the worst, actually! I've been there. What helped me was just switching off all screens an hour before bed and trying some light stretching. And no caffeine after evening, it makes a big difference.

Sleep deprivation? That's my middle name these days! 😂 Seriously though, sometimes a good old power nap if you can swing it, or just making sure your room is pitch dark and cool. My brain thinks it's a vampire, only comes alive at night otherwise.

Consistency with sleep timings is crucial, even on weekends. Avoid heavy meals and intense exercise close to bedtime. And check your room's environment – dark, quiet, cool is ideal. If it persists, definitely consider seeing a GP to rule out any underlying issues.

Ah, sleep deprivation. Been there, done that, still doing that, thanks to kids and work. I just try to squeeze in 15 mins of peace in the evening, read a book. Sometimes it helps, sometimes I just fall asleep holding the book. What to do, life is like that only.
