How to deal with sciatica pain?

My father has been suffering from sciatica for a few months now, and the pain is really getting to him. He's tried some home remedies, but nothing seems to help much. Any tips on how to manage this pain better?

Dude, sciatica is no joke! My uncle had it and he was struggling. He told me stretching regularly and avoiding sitting for long hours helped him a lot. Maybe check out some yoga poses for it?

For sciatica pain, it's really crucial to see an orthopaedic specialist. They can diagnose the exact cause and recommend physiotherapy or medication. Don't rely on self-diagnosis; a good doctor will guide you best.

Oh god, sciatica pain sounds really scary. Is it like a sharp pain that shoots down your leg? I sometimes get a weird tingling in my leg, I hope it's not starting for me. Anyone else feel this before?

Sciatica often means some nerve compression, bro. Regular stretching, especially hamstrings and piriformis, can help. Also, make sure your core is strong to support your spine. Don't skip on protein and good hydration either, helps with overall recovery.

Dekho, sciatica pain hai toh serious lo. Aise ghar pe remedies se pura theek nahi hoga. Physiotherapy is key. And make sure your posture is good, especially when you're sitting for work. Neglect mat karna.

Hey there! Sciatica can be super annoying. My friend had it and she found a lot of relief from gentle exercises, especially core strengthening ones, and using a hot pack. But please check with a physio first before starting anything new.
