Heat stroke is super serious, I've seen some videos about it. It's not just feeling hot, your body temp goes really high. They say you have to cool the person down ASAP and call for medical help. Scary stuff.

Aiyo, garmi ka mausam hai, heat stroke bahut khatarnak hota hai. Agar kisi ko ho toh turant thandi jagah le jao, kapde dheele karo aur thande paani se pocho. Aur haan, doctor ko turant bulao ya hospital le jao. Der mat karna, beta.

Heat stroke is an emergency, and I always get extra cautious because health conditions can make us more vulnerable. If someone has symptoms like confusion or very high body temp, it's straight to the hospital. Don't try to manage it alone, it's not like a normal fever.

I actually had a mild heat stroke last summer after playing cricket. Felt dizzy and nauseous. My friends immediately moved me to shade, gave me ORS, and put cold compresses on my neck. We called a doc, and he said they did the right thing by getting me medical help quickly. Don't take it lightly!

Bro, heat stroke is no joke. I saw a friend almost collapse during a marathon. We immediately took him to the shade, removed his shirt, and kept pouring water on him. Someone called for help too. It's literally a life-or-death situation, so rush to a hospital.

Heat stroke is very dangerous, ho na? If anyone collapses or gets very confused, pehle unko thandi jagah le jao. Thande paani se pocho unka body, aur bilkul bhi der na karo hospital jaane mein. It's a life-threatening condition.

I've seen people suffer in this heat. For heat stroke, you MUST call an ambulance. While waiting, you can try to cool them down with cold water, wet towels, ice packs in armpits/groin. Home remedies are not for emergencies like this. It's really serious.

Heat stroke is a medical emergency. The primary goal is to cool the person rapidly and get them professional help. Call 108 or your local emergency number immediately. While waiting, move them to a cooler place, loosen clothing, and apply ice packs or cool, wet cloths to the neck, armpits, and groin. Don't give fluids if they are unconscious.

In severe heat, it is vital to keep cool. If one suspects heat stroke, immediately bring them to shade. Gently fan them, apply cool, damp cloths. Pranayama like Sheetali can help prevent, but for a full-blown stroke, medical intervention is essential. Your body is sacred, protect it.

Heat stroke is an absolute medical emergency. My relative had one and it led to some serious complications because we delayed getting him to the hospital. The main thing is to get immediate medical attention. Cooling measures are good first aid, but a doctor is non-negotiable for actual treatment.
