How to deal with cavities naturally?

My dentist told me I have a small cavity forming, but I really don't want to go for a filling if I can avoid it. Are there any ghar pe remedies or dietary changes that can help strengthen my teeth and maybe reverse it? I'm trying to be more natural with my health choices.

Honestly, for proper cavities, na, you need to see a dentist. But for prevention, oil pulling and maybe some remineralizing toothpaste can help. That's what I do. Ho na?

Nah, for actual cavities, you can't really do 'natural' treatment. You gotta go to the dentist, man. They fill it up. But to stop new ones, yeah, brushing and flossing and cutting down on sugar works.

If it's already a cavity, meaning there's a hole, natural methods won't fix it. You absolutely must see a dentist to prevent it from getting worse or causing infection. Don't risk it, dental health is crucial.

Haan, naturally deal karna hai toh pehle toh acchi brushing aur flossing karo. Sugar kam khao. But agar asli cavity ban gayi na, toh doc ke paas jaana hi padega filling ke liye. Uske bina theek nahi hoti woh.

From my experience, 'natural' for cavities is mostly prevention, bhai. Like, brush, floss, don't eat too many sweets. But if I get a hole in my tooth, I'm straight to the dentist, not trying some DIY stuff. That can mess things up.

Good oral hygiene like brushing twice and flossing is the best natural way to prevent cavities. Once they form, a dentist is the right person to consult.

While diet and oral hygiene are excellent for cavity prevention, reversing an established cavity naturally is generally not possible. It's important to consult a qualified dentist for diagnosis and treatment. They can guide you on both treatment and preventive measures.

For preventing cavities, a balanced vegetarian diet with less sugar and acidic foods is very important. Eating calcium-rich foods and getting enough Vitamin D also helps strengthen tooth enamel. But once it's a cavity, food alone can't fix it, you need a dentist.

I'm curious about this too. Like, if it's a very tiny cavity, can it really heal on its own with good brushing? Or does it always need a filling?

Has anyone actually managed to stop a cavity from progressing naturally? I always worry about them. I try to brush extra hard, but I'm not sure if that even helps once it's there. My dentist says only filling works.

Hey, don't stress too much about 'natural' for existing cavities. Your best bet is always the dentist for filling it. But for preventing new ones, brush twice, floss, and cut down on all those sugary treats. That's the real natural way!
