How to deal with back pain?

I've been having persistent lower back pain for the past few months, especially after sitting for long hours at work. It's really affecting my daily routine. What are some effective ways to deal with back pain, like stretches or posture corrections?

Back pain is a common one, I face it too sometimes. Maintaining good posture, especially if you sit a lot, makes a huge difference. Regular, gentle exercise like walking or yoga helps. Don't forget to keep your weight in check and get regular checkups, as sometimes it can be linked to other issues, like BP.

Back pain can be really debilitating. Just take it easy, listen to your body, and don't push yourself. Gentle stretching often brings some relief.

I'm not a doctor, so I can't give advice, but from my own experience, having a supportive chair at work made a big difference. Also, I try to get up and walk around every hour, even if it's just for a minute. That keeps my back from getting too stiff.

Ah, the classic 'my back hurts' syndrome! Welcome to adulthood, my friend. 😂 Seriously though, a good mattress, proper sitting posture, and trying some basic yoga stretches really help. Or just get a good massage from a professional, pura dukhh gayab!

Dude, back pain from sitting and studying all day is real. I just try to stretch a bit after every few hours, and honestly, a hot water bag feels like a lifesaver sometimes. If it gets really bad, my mom makes me go to the physio.
