How to cut acidity?

I often feel a burning sensation in my chest after meals, and it's quite uncomfortable. My mom says it's acidity. How can I cut acidity effectively? I'm looking for lifestyle changes or home remedies.

Acidity is a pain, been there! The best way to cut it is to stop eating spicy and oily food, especially at night. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. And don't lie down immediately after eating. Sometimes a glass of cold milk helps instantly.

Acidity? Simple. First, stop eating nonsense. Less oil, less spice, no late-night heavy meals. Eat small portions. Drink lots of water. Agar phir bhi ho, toh doctor ko dikhao. Don't complicate it.

Yo, acidity sucks! For me, cutting down on soft drinks and late-night chips helped a lot. Also, eating dinner earlier makes a big difference. Sometimes, just a glass of water with a pinch of baking soda actually helps instantly, but don't overdo that.

Ho na, acidity bahut uncomfortable hoti hai. Paani zyaada peena chahiye. Aur khaane ke baad thoda sa walk karo, turant letna nahi. Pudina paani bhi accha hota hai. Try karke dekho.

To reduce acidity, focus on a sattvic diet. Avoid fermented foods, excessive spices, and very sour items. Eating smaller, frequent meals helps. Chewing fennel seeds after meals is a traditional remedy. Stay away from tea/coffee on an empty stomach.
