Tooth sensitivity can be very annoying. Using a toothpaste specifically for sensitive teeth usually helps a lot. Give it some time to work.

Oh, I totally get it, tooth sensitivity is excruciating! That sharp pain when you drink something cold or eat something sweet is just the worst. My dentist suggested using a soft-bristled brush and a desensitizing toothpaste, and it has made a big difference for me. Hope you find relief soon!

While you should definitely see a dentist for tooth sensitivity, maintaining overall health is important. If your dentist says it's okay, continuing with light walks or exercise can help reduce stress, which sometimes aggravates pain. But direct treatment for the tooth is primary.

Tooth sensitivity always makes me paranoid about cavities or something worse! It's so uncomfortable. Apart from using sensitive toothpaste, I try to avoid very acidic foods and drinks, which can make the enamel weaker. Hope it's just a temporary thing for you!

For tooth sensitivity, don't self-diagnose. Go to a good dental hospital or a reputable dentist. Ask them clearly about the cause – could be enamel wear, gum recession, or even a tiny crack. They might suggest fluoride treatments or bonding, apart from just sensitive toothpaste. Get a proper opinion.

I had tooth sensitivity that I ignored, thinking it was minor, and it turned into a huge cavity requiring a root canal. Please, please don't make my mistake. See a dentist as soon as possible. They can identify the exact cause and prevent further complications. It's not worth waiting.

Aiyo, daanto mein jhanjhanahat bahut buri lagti hai na? Humare gaon mein toh log nim ke datun se brush karte hain, usse thodi takleef kam hoti hai. Par achha hoga ki aap doctor ko dikha do, woh theek se ilaj batayenge. Dhyaan rakho apna.
