How to cure throat pain fast?

Since yesterday, I've had a really bad throat pain, making it difficult to talk or swallow. Need to get rid of this fast as I have an important presentation tomorrow. Any quick remedies?

I just recovered from this last week! What worked fast for me was continuous gargling with warm salt water, like every 2-3 hours. Plus, I drank lots of hot liquids, especially herbal teas with honey. Also, try to rest your voice as much as possible.

Ho na, jaldi theek karna hai toh steam lena shuru karo. Din mein do-teen baar steam lo, aur garam paani ka ghulghula (gargle) bhi karo. Thoda jaldi relief milega, pakka.

For fast relief, avoid anything very cold or very hot. Warm water with a pinch of turmeric powder helps. If you're using honey, please be mindful of your sugar intake, especially if you have diabetes. Consult your doctor if it's severe.

Hey, for quick relief, ensure you're hydrating well – you can even track your water intake on health apps. Also, warm saline gargles are key. If you have a smart thermometer, keep an eye on your temperature. If it spikes, see a doc for sure.

I'm not a doctor, so I can only share my experience. When I had throat pain, drinking lots of ginger-honey tea and taking lozenges helped me feel better quite quickly. Resting my voice also made a big difference.
