My distant relative was recently diagnosed with TB, and it sounds like a very serious condition. I'm trying to understand more about it. Can you tell me how to cure TB disease completely?

TB is a serious bacterial infection, not something you 'cure' naturally. It requires a proper course of antibiotics prescribed by a doctor, usually for several months. Timely diagnosis and adherence to medication are critical. Don't delay, get tested and follow the doctor's orders exactly.

I don't give medical advice, but my uncle had TB, and he was on a very strict medication regimen from the government hospital for many months. It was a long treatment but he fully recovered. So definitely, a doctor is the only way to go for TB.

TB needs proper medical treatment with antibiotics, supervised by a doctor. No natural cure for it.

Please, do not ignore TB symptoms or try home remedies. I once had a persistent cough and fever, brushed it off, and it turned out to be TB. Early diagnosis and starting the full course of prescribed antibiotics are absolutely vital. Delaying treatment can make it much harder to cure and also spread it. Get a checkup ASAP!

While yoga and pranayama can support overall health and recovery, TB disease requires specific medical treatment. You must consult a doctor for diagnosis and a full course of antitubercular drugs. These practices can help with lung capacity and stress, but only as a complement, not a replacement for medication.

TB, or Tuberculosis, is caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis. It is curable, but only through a long course (typically 6-9 months) of multiple antibiotics, as prescribed by a physician under Directly Observed Treatment, Short-course (DOTS). My doctor colleagues always emphasize that strict adherence to the drug regimen is critical to prevent drug resistance. Never self-medicate or stop treatment early.
