How to cure sleep apnea naturally?

My wife says I snore really loudly and sometimes stop breathing in my sleep, which sounds like sleep apnea. I'm looking for natural ways to fix this problem without resorting to machines. How can one cure sleep apnea naturally?

Hey! Sleep apnea can be super annoying na? But don't stress too much about it. Sometimes losing a little weight or changing sleeping position helps a lot. Try sleeping on your side, mere dost ne bataya usko farak pada.

Look, I get that you want natural remedies, but with something like sleep apnea, please don't just trust everything on the internet. It's a serious condition. Better to see a doctor and get properly diagnosed, then discuss natural options with them. Self-medication can be risky.

Bhai/Behan, take a deep breath. Sleep apnea can be managed. Before jumping to 'curing' it naturally, get a proper sleep study done. Once you know the severity, your doctor can guide you better. Sometimes, even simple things like throat exercises help. Don't worry, you'll figure it out.

Honestly, I tried so many things for my snoring and occasional breathing pauses, which doc said was mild sleep apnea. Humidifier, nasal strips, even gargling with saltwater before bed. Some helped a bit, but consistency is key. Also, try to avoid heavy meals close to bedtime.

Yo! My roommate used to snore like a truck, doc said he had mild sleep apnea. He started avoiding alcohol before bed and did some specific throat exercises, like singing. Sounds weird but he said it helped. Worth a try maybe? But yeah, check with a doc first.

Oh god, sleep apnea sounds scary! I'm always thinking about food, so my advice would be to maybe not eat too much oily or spicy food right before sleeping. Full stomach makes it harder to breathe properly, I feel. Maybe a light soup or something?
