For severe throat pain, proper rest is key. I usually use my app to track my sleep and hydration. Keep yourself hydrated with warm fluids. If it's really bad, your doctor might suggest specific lozenges or sprays, but for persistent severe pain, it's a definite doctor's visit to rule out infections.

Severe throat pain needs immediate attention. Gargling with warm salt water frequently can bring some relief. Drinking warm ginger tea with honey also helps soothe. Avoid anything very cold or very spicy. If you have fever or difficulty swallowing, please see an ENT doctor without delay.

Severe throat pain? My brain immediately goes 'nope, sleep'. But since that's not a cure, I'd probably just gargle with salt water and complain a lot. Maybe some really strong lozenges? And pray for a speedy recovery, because talking is hard when your throat is on fire.

Yaar, severe throat pain is actually quite bad, right? I usually do gargles with warm salt water, like, many times a day. And drink lots of warm liquids, no cold stuff. But if it's really severe and doesn't get better, you need to see a doctor, could be strep or something more serious.

Severe throat pain? Ugh, the worst. Makes you feel like you swallowed barbed wire. My 'cure' is usually just endless cups of hot water with honey and lemon, and wishing I could communicate telepathically instead of talking. But if it's *really* severe, doc-saab is the only answer.

For severe throat pain, the first step is to see a doctor to identify the cause – it could be bacterial, viral, or something else. While you wait, keep yourself well-hydrated with warm fluids like clear soups or herbal tea. Avoid irritants like smoking or very spicy foods. Over-the-counter pain relievers can help with discomfort, and gargling with warm salt water is always beneficial.
