How to cure lactose intolerance pain?

Whenever I consume dairy products, I get severe stomach pain and bloating. I suspect it's lactose intolerance. What are the best ways to cure lactose intolerance pain when it happens, or prevent it?

Lactose intolerance pain can be really uncomfortable, and ignoring it only makes things worse. I once kept pushing through digestive issues and it led to more problems. The best way to 'cure' the pain is to simply avoid dairy or take lactase enzyme pills before consuming it. Consult a gastroenterologist for confirmation and advice.

Hey, don't stress too much about lactose intolerance pain! The easiest 'cure' is to just avoid dairy products that cause you trouble. Or you can try those lactase enzyme tablets before eating dairy. My friend uses them and they really help. You'll figure out what works for you!

Lactose intolerance pain is just the worst, right? Sometimes it feels like my stomach is tying itself in knots! Does anyone else find that even small amounts of dairy can trigger it, or is it just me? And do those enzyme pills actually work well?

Beta, if milk or dairy gives you pain, it means your body is not agreeing with it. Our elders used to say to listen to your body. Try to avoid those foods. For stomach upset, ajwain or jeera water can give comfort. But if it's intolerance, prevention is the main thing.

For lactose intolerance pain, the most practical solution is avoiding lactose. I tried so many home remedies for general stomach upset, but for intolerance, the trigger has to be removed. You can also explore lactose-free alternatives for milk and other products. It helps a lot.

Lactose intolerance isn't a 'cure' situation, it's about management. The fastest way to 'cure' the pain is simply to stop consuming lactose. For unavoidable situations, carry lactase enzyme tablets. Also, many lactose-free dairy options are available now. This saves time and discomfort.
