How to cure high fever fast?

My little one, he's just 3, has caught a really high fever since yesterday evening. We gave him paracetamol, but it's not coming down completely. Are there any other quick and safe ways to bring his fever down fast for kids?

High fever needs attention, especially if it's very high or not coming down. Like with thyroid, you need to understand the underlying cause. Take paracetamol for temporary relief, but definitely see a doctor to rule out any infections and get proper diagnosis and treatment. Don't wait too long.

High fever toh serious hai. First, take a paracetamol tablet, the usual 650mg one. Sponge bath with lukewarm water helps bring it down. But if it stays high or you get body ache, cough, etc., then go to the doctor immediately. Don't take chances.

Please be careful with high fever. I once ignored a high fever thinking it was just a cold, and it turned out to be something more serious. It's always best to see a doctor quickly, especially if it's not coming down, to avoid complications. Don't delay.

Dude, high fever is the worst, you can't even focus on anything! Take some crocin or something, that usually helps temporarily. And tons of fluids, seriously. But if it's not going down, just go to the doc, don't mess around with fever.

When you have a high fever, it's essential to eat light, easily digestible food. Khichdi, clear soups, and fresh fruit juices are good. Avoid anything oily or spicy, as it can upset your stomach. This supports your body's healing process, but remember to take medicine too.
