Head pain? Don't just brush it off. I once ignored a persistent headache, thinking it was just stress, and it turned out to be something that needed medical attention. Please get it checked by a doctor, especially if it's severe or frequent. Better safe than sorry, yaar.

With PCOS, I've noticed my hormones can sometimes affect things like headaches. If you're getting frequent head pain, it's really important to rule out any underlying causes, not just take painkillers. Maybe it's stress, or diet, or even something else. A doctor can help figure it out. Don't jump to conclusions.

Head pain hai toh pehle paani peeyo, aaram karo. Agar phir bhi nahi theek ho raha toh doctor ke paas jaao. Bahut zyada socho mat, seedha solution dhoondo.

Head pain can be a real workout killer! For me, dehydration is often the culprit, so I make sure to drink plenty of water, especially after a session. Also, sometimes improper posture during exercise can lead to neck and head pain. Focus on good form and stay hydrated. If it's a bad one, a doctor is the best bet.

For head pain, basic remedies include adequate hydration, rest, and avoiding bright lights or loud noises. An OTC painkiller can help temporarily. However, if the pain is severe, persistent, accompanied by other symptoms like vision changes, weakness, or fever, you must seek medical attention immediately. Don't self-diagnose severe headaches.
