Oh, hangover nausea and vomiting are really bad, I feel for you! The best thing is gentle rehydration with sips of water or ORS. Ginger tea can really help with the nausea. Avoid strong smells and bright lights. Take it slow, and don't try to eat anything heavy until you feel ready.

For hangover nausea and vomiting, prevention is key, but if it's already hit, focus on electrolytes. Coconut water is great. Over-the-counter anti-nausea meds can help, but check with a pharmacist. Don't force food, just hydrate. And learn from it, right?

Hangover nausea and vomiting? Ah, the consequences of 'living life'! 😂 Honestly, the only 'cure' I found is time, water, and maybe a strong black coffee once the vomiting stops. And swearing never to drink again... until next time. 😉

Ugh, hangover nausea is the absolute worst, it makes all food sound terrible! 🤢 My go-to is usually just plain nimbu paani (lemon water) and maybe some very bland khichdi if I can manage. Anything greasy is a big no-no, even if the cravings hit after a bit!

Hangover nausea is like your stomach trying to punish you for last night's bad decisions! 😂 Seriously though, sips of ginger ale or just plain water, and staying horizontal as much as possible helps. And maybe swear off alcohol for a week... or a day. Good luck!

I once ignored severe hangover vomiting and ended up really dehydrated, it was actually quite serious. If you can't keep anything down, or if the vomiting is non-stop, please, please see a doctor. You might need IV fluids. Don't risk complications, it's not 'just a hangover' if it's severe.

The body is a delicate vessel, when overloaded, it reacts. For nausea and vomiting, allow the body its process. Drink clean water, practice gentle breathing. Reflect on moderation. Restore inner balance. Be kind to yourself.

I track my hydration, and that's crucial for hangovers. My app reminds me to drink water consistently. For nausea, try sipping on a homemade electrolyte solution. If vomiting is severe and continuous, you risk dehydration, so consult a doctor to avoid complications. Stay smart!

Hangover ka ilaaj toh ek hi hai - peene se pehle soch lo! 😂 But agar ho gaya hai, toh bus nimbu paani peeyo, thoda sa namak cheeni daal ke. Light khaana khaao, jaise dahi chawal. And sabse important, aaram karo. That's what works, simple and effective.

Ugh, the classic hangover struggle! My go-to for nausea is always Sprite or some ORS. And then just trying to sleep it off. If I can keep it down, some plain bread. Never drink on an empty stomach, lesson learned the hard way! 🤦‍♂️

For severe hangover nausea and vomiting, don't blindly follow random internet remedies or 'magic cures.' Many are ineffective or potentially harmful. The main focus should be rehydration and symptom management. If symptoms are intense or prolonged, consult a doctor or seek medical attention. They can assess for severe dehydration or other issues.

As someone with thyroid issues, I'm super careful about what I consume. For hangover nausea, hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Coconut water or clear broths are better than just water. If you feel exceptionally unwell or it lasts too long, it's always good to consult your doctor. Keep up with your regular check-ups too.

Oh, I've been there! Had such bad hangover nausea once I actually thought I had food poisoning, I completely panicked! Turns out it was just a severe hangover. It feels awful, but it usually passes. Just keep sipping water, maybe try some ORS, and rest. You'll be okay!

When the body is distressed with nausea and vomiting, gentle care is needed. Lie down quietly, focus on slow, deep breathing – pranayama helps calm the system. Sip warm herbal tea, perhaps ginger or mint. Allow the body to rest and restore its balance naturally.
