I track my food and symptoms on my fitness app. For gastric pain, I notice it flares up with spicy food or irregular meal times. So, I focus on bland food and eating on schedule. Also, some apps have meditation guides that help calm the gut. Modern solutions help a lot!

Having thyroid issues, I've learned that consistent digestion is vital. For gastric pain, don't self-diagnose. It could be acidity or something else. Get proper tests done and follow a doctor's advice. Regular check-ups help manage everything better.

Gastric pain can be so debilitating, it genuinely affects your mood and daily life. I know how emotionally draining it is to constantly deal with stomach discomfort. Please don't suffer in silence, reaching out for medical help is important, it's okay to need that support.

Beta, gastric pain often comes from hurried eating or eating too much 'baahar ka khana'. Try warm water with ajwain or ginger tea. Small, frequent meals. But if the pain is severe or comes often, then you must consult a doctor. Our old ways help, but sometimes doctor's help is also needed.

Gastric pain can really throw off your day, I understand. First, try to identify what triggers it. Sometimes it's certain foods or stress. Drink warm water, and try to eat light, home-cooked food. If it persists, please don't hesitate to see a doctor. It's better to get it checked out.
