How to cure eczema on feet permanently?

My feet have been suffering from eczema for years now, and it gets really bad in the summer. The itching and cracks make it hard to walk sometimes. I'm looking for a permanent solution.

Permanently? Bhai, agar permanent cure hota toh dermatologist log apni dukaan band kar dete! Haha. But seriously, it's about managing it well. Find out what triggers it for you, could be anything from socks to soap. Good luck!

Oh, mere feet pe bhi hua tha. It was so itchy! What really helped me was a steroid cream prescribed by my dermatologist, and keeping my feet super moisturized, especially after a bath. Also, I switched to cotton socks only. It took time, but it got better.

For eczema, diet can play a big role. I’ve heard many people find relief by avoiding inflammatory foods like highly processed items and focusing on fresh fruits, veggies, and healthy fats. Maybe consult a dietician along with your doctor to see if any food allergies or sensitivities are contributing.

Same problem here. Definitely see a skin specialist. They gave me some good cream that worked.

While diet and exercise are key for overall health, for skin conditions like eczema, it's best to consult a dermatologist. They can identify triggers and suggest specific treatments. Staying hydrated and eating clean generally helps skin, but this needs medical guidance.
