Bad stomach pain needs immediate attention. Don't self-diagnose. If it's severe, get to a doctor or hospital. Could be anything from acidity to something serious. For mild pain, warm water and light food sometimes help, but serious pain means professional help, period.

Uff, stomach pain! My constant companion these days. First, rule out if you ate something weird. Then, maybe a warm water bottle helps. If it’s really bad, honestly, just give up and go to the doctor. At our age, you can't take chances. My stomach has seen more drama than a Bollywood film.

Bhai, stomach pain is not something to mess with. If it's *bad*, sidha doctor ke paas ja. Home remedies are fine for slight acidity, but for bad pain, you need a diagnosis. Don't be a hero, health is important.

I can only share my experience, not medical advice. When I get bad stomach pain, I usually try to lie down and relax, and sometimes a warm compress helps. If it's really intense or doesn't go away, I don't hesitate to consult my doctor. It's best not to guess with internal pain.

For stomach pain, sometimes gentle yoga postures like Pawanmuktasana (wind-relieving pose) can offer some relief if it's due to gas. Deep breathing exercises (pranayama) can also help calm the digestive system. But if the pain is truly bad and persistent, please consult a physician. It's important to listen to your body and seek proper guidance.

Listen, bad stomach pain can be quite serious, so please don't ignore it. It's really important to see a doctor to get it checked out properly. They can figure out what's going on and give you the right treatment. Don't try to just 'cure' it at home without knowing the cause.

I've had my share of bad stomach pains. For mild issues, ginger tea or ajwain water can sometimes work wonders. Also, bland food like khichdi for a day or two. But if it's severe or persistent, please don't just try home remedies. Go see a doctor right away, it could be something serious that needs medical attention.

I use a diet tracker app and noticed certain foods cause me stomach issues. For bad pain, though, it's beyond tracking. A doctor's visit is paramount. If it's mild, hydration, light meals, and maybe some gentle stretching can help, but severe pain needs a medical professional. Don't experiment with your gut.
