Backbone pain is such a mood killer! 😩 For me, gentle stretches and applying a hot pack really makes a difference. Also, checking my posture when sitting! Hope you find some relief soon! ✨

Oh, backbone pain can be so debilitating, I've been there! I've tried everything from hot water bags to turmeric milk. What actually helped most was gentle stretching, making sure my chair at work was ergonomic, and sometimes a simple massage with some pain relief oil. If it's really bad, better see a doc.

Backbone pain usually comes from bad posture or sitting too long. Simple solutions are best. Take short breaks to walk around if you have a desk job. A firm mattress and a good pillow can also make a big difference. Don't ignore it, but start with these small changes.

I can't give medical advice, but personally, when I have backbone pain, a hot water bottle and lying down on a firm surface for a bit helps. Also, I try to be mindful of how I lift heavy things or sit for long hours. That's just my experience.

Haan na, backbone pain is very common these days with all the sitting work. Thoda गरम तेल मालिश (warm oil massage) aur proper posture ka dhyaan rakhna, that helps. Mere ghar pe sab yahi karte hain. If it's too much, then doctor ko dikhana hi padega.

Backbone pain is often a lifestyle issue. Get your posture sorted, stretch regularly, and strengthen your core. If it persists, see a physiotherapist, don't just rely on pain killers. They'll give you proper exercises to do.

Dekh bhai, backbone pain ko halka mat le. Pehle toh doctor ko dikha, pata chale kya problem hai. Fir agar simple muscle pain hai, toh thoda rest kar, garam patti laga. Aur apna posture theek kar. Bahut zaroori hai.

My teenager had backbone pain because of constantly looking down at his phone! I made him do some simple back stretches daily and ensured he took breaks. Also, a good firm mattress helps a lot. For kids, sometimes proper posture during study or screen time is key.

For backbone pain, I tracked my sitting posture using an app and realized how bad it was! Regular short walks and some core-strengthening exercises (like planks) really helped me. Also, investing in a good ergonomic chair if you work from home is a must.
