How to cure acidity permanently?

I've been dealing with acidity for years, and it keeps coming back no matter what I try. I'm looking for a way to get rid of it completely, permanently. Is that even possible?

Permanently? Oh, that would be a dream! I love spicy food too much, yaar. But honestly, I try to balance it out. More water, less fried stuff, and some fennel seeds after meals help me manage it. No permanent cure for my cravings though!

Beta, permanent cure for anything is difficult. But for acidity, ghar ka khana, thoda ajwain water, aur subah gunguna paani peena. Nimbu paani bhi accha hai, par khali pet nahi. Agar bahut takleef ho, toh doctor ko bhi dikhao, theek hai?

To 'cure permanently' means you need to address the root cause, which can vary. When I had persistent acidity, my doctor at Global Hospital did a few tests to check for things like H. pylori or GERD. It's crucial to get a proper diagnosis from a gastroenterologist before expecting a permanent solution.

Permanent cure is a big word, but you can definitely manage it very well. Simple things like eating on time, not overeating, and avoiding very spicy or oily food in dinner make a huge difference. Also, keeping some antacids handy for emergencies is practical, but regular use means you need to consult a doctor.

Acidity, if it's chronic, might not be 'curable' permanently by yourself. It could be a symptom of something more. Please, get it checked by a gastroenterologist. They can diagnose conditions like GERD or ulcers that need specific medical treatment. Don't ignore persistent acidity for your safety.

Hey! Don't stress too much about 'permanently' curing it, sometimes it's just about good management. Try to eat smaller meals, avoid really spicy food, and don't lie down right after eating. Also, some ginger tea helps me. If it's really bothering you, maybe see a doc just to be sure, okay?

I used to get such bad acidity attacks, I thought something serious was wrong with me. But my doctor said it was mostly due to irregular eating habits and stress. Once I started eating small, timely meals and managed my stress, it became much better. So, consistency helps, don't worry too much but do take it seriously.

Oh, acidity is my constant worry! I always overthink if it's something serious. For a 'permanent' solution, you really need to figure out your specific triggers. Is it coffee? Stress? Late-night eating? Keep a food diary, try to manage stress, and please, see a doctor if it's very frequent or severe. Don't suffer through it.
