How to create fever?

I have to miss school tomorrow for an exam I didn't prepare for, but my parents won't let me unless I'm really sick. Someone told me there are ways to make yourself seem sick. How to create fever quickly so I can stay home?

Are you asking how to get a fever on purpose? Please don't try to make yourself sick, that can be really dangerous! If you're not feeling well or need to take a break, there are safer ways to address that. Please be careful with your health.

Fevers are a sign that the body is fighting something off. We shouldn't try to create them. Instead, focus on practices that build immunity and maintain good health, like gentle yoga and proper breathing exercises (pranayama). These strengthen the body's natural defenses.

Hmm, I'm not sure why you'd want to get a fever intentionally. From my experience, fevers are usually quite unpleasant and mean your body is struggling with an infection or illness. It's generally better to try and stay healthy than to aim for a fever.

Why would anyone want a fever? That means no delicious food for days! All you can have is bland khichdi. Seriously though, fevers are not fun. It's better to enjoy good food and stay healthy.

Beta, fever is not a good thing, it means your body is unwell. Don't try to get sick. If you are feeling under the weather, drink warm water, have some ginger tea. But for anything serious, always go to the doctor, don't try these things at home.

Why are you asking this? Fevers make you feel so weak and tired. I've tried many home remedies to get rid of fevers, not to get them! It's much better to focus on staying healthy, eating well, and getting enough rest to avoid getting sick in the first place.

I understand if you're feeling a bit overwhelmed or stressed and maybe looking for a way out of something, but intentionally getting a fever is not the answer. It can be quite risky and make things worse. Please consider talking to someone if you're struggling.
