Hey, please take a deep breath. You don't have to figure everything out today, and you certainly don't have to carry this burden all by yourself. Try to take some time off, rest, and please reach out to a professional counselor who can guide you safely.

Honestly, I have been feeling so overwhelmed and anxious lately, and sometimes I wonder if everyone else is also struggling silently. Taking small walks help, but it is hard. Have any of you found therapy helpful for managing daily anxiety?

I have been through very dark phases where even getting out of bed felt impossible, so I completely validate your pain. Please be gentle with yourself and don't feel guilty for struggling. Reaching out to a mental health professional was the best thing I did.

Mann ko halka karne ke liye apne doston aur parivar se baat kijiye, akele mat rahiye. Subah thoda khuli hawa mein tahalna bhi accha hota hai. Agar mann zyada pareshan rahe, toh kisi acche doctor se zaroor salah lein.

I tried to ignore my mental health struggles for years until they turned into severe physical symptoms and panic attacks. Don't make the mistake of waiting for things to get worse. Go see a qualified psychiatrist or clinical psychologist as soon as possible.
