How to cook liver in oven?

I'm looking for a less hands-on way to cook liver. Can I bake it in the oven? I want it to be tender and not dry. What temperature and time should I use for cooking liver in the oven?

People on the internet claim baked liver cures everything from fatigue to hair loss, but please consult a real doctor before making it a staple. If you do bake it, keep the temperature at 180C and cover it with foil so it cooks safely without burning.

Baking liver is wonderful because it requires very little attention. I usually lay down a bed of sliced onions and garlic in a greased baking dish, place the seasoned liver on top, and bake for 20 minutes. It absorbs all the herbal juices beautifully.

I just grease a baking sheet, toss the liver with salt, chili powder, and oil, and bake at 200C for about 15 minutes. It's direct, no-nonsense, and gives a slightly crispy edge which tastes quite good.

To keep the nutritional profile high without adding bad fats, baking is excellent. Just ensure the internal temperature is cooked through to prevent any bacterial infection, but don't overbake or it will lose all its moisture.

I totally get it, trying to bake liver can be tricky because it drys out so easily in the oven. Try brushing it with a little dahi and lemon juice marinade first; it helps lock in the moisture while it bakes.

My family cooks this for nutritional needs, and baking is definitely healthier than deep frying. Just make sure to pair it with lots of green veggies on the side to get a balanced, fiber-rich meal.

Bake it at 180°C for 15-20 minutes covered in foil. It works perfectly and doesn't get dry.
